Membership Terms

The diffuser

The diffuser is a one-time purchase. It is yours to keep, with or without a membership.

Billing

The scent membership is billed when you order and then automatically every 30 days at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Each billing period includes one bottle of fragrance oil.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your account. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Switching scents

To change the scent of your next delivery, email us at hello@hotelhome.shop before your renewal date.
